3. Intellectual property

All the content of the Odyssey application (texts, illustrations, logos, graphic charter, photos, videos, source code, interface design, badges, the Oracle's voice, animations) is the exclusive property of Run Odyssey or its partners. These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The names and trademarks Odyssey and Oracle as well as the associated logos are unregistered trademarks of Run Odyssey.

3.1. Third-party components

The Odyssey application uses free software components distributed under open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, etc.). The full list of components and their licenses is available in the open-source Licenses section.

5. Personal data

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

6. Cookies and trackers

The Odyssey application does not set third-party cookies for advertising purposes. The only cookies/tokens used are strictly necessary for the operation of the service (authentication token, local preferences). See Privacy Policy §4.

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Court, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer user has the option of using the following mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute:
